The practice is located on Somers Road, Malvern, WR14 1JB, the practice is adjacent to Malvern Blinds. The practice is on one level with easy access.  The practice is 0.3 miles from the Malvern Link train station and 0.2miles from the nearest Bus stop (Albert Park crossroads) Both bus and train have wheelchair access. The practice has car parking facilities for up to 15 vehicles and provides bicycle stands for up to 5 bicycles. Disabled parking is available, located at the main entrance to the practice. Guide dogs are welcome into the practice.

The practice has one entrance for patients, this can be accessed by a ramp leading from the car park..

Entrance to the building are through 2 sets of double doors, the first set on entry are pull doors, and both can be opened to access, if you need assistance, support can be requested to reception prior to arrival. The second set of double doors are also pull doors, assistance can be gained from reception prior to arrival.

On entrance to the practice reception area is to the right, our reception desk is DDA compliant, with access to all patients. Any forms to be completed can be completed with the reception team in privacy away from the reception area if assistance is required. The flooring through the reception area is carpet tiled compliant with Healthcare facilities and wheelchair friendly.

Our waiting area is spacious and accommodating to wheelchair users, there are a selection of chairs throughout the area with arm rests for assistance if required. Flooring in the reception area is carpet tiled compliant with Healthcare facilities and wheelchair friendly.

We provide 2 patient toilets in practice and one is DDA compliant for disability access, they are located directly in front of the main entrance doors on arrival. Our disabled toilet is fitted with an alarm and grab rail for assistance. The floors are vinyl and anti-slip, our bathrooms are checked hourly by reception to ensure safe use, they will check flooring, and personal care equipment. Our patient toilets are fitted with baby changing facilities.

Our surgeries are all on the ground floor and are accessed via reception/waiting area, you will be called into surgery by a dental nurse or your dentist. The flooring to the surgery is vinyl and anti-slip and visual checks of the flooring are carried out regularly throughout the day to ensure safe use. The surgeries are all designed to accommodate all our patients. All our surgeries operate with the door closed for privacy.

Appropriate measures have been put in place to ensure staff know how to access communication support and communicate effectively with disabled patients.
